Step 1
The first that I have is the Lion pose from yoga. We did it in class so that first you squench up your face making a face and pulling it all in together to the center of your face. Next you let loose and open your mouth and your eyes wide open, sticking your tongue out. The idea is as if you were to roar. Then you go back and forth like that a few times.

Step 2
Another good exercise that I read about is just blowing up your cheeks. So it's very simple. You keep your mouth closed. It is supposed to firm the face up. It is like blowing up a balloon.

pink roseThe next is for your complexion. It is psychic exercise for your face. You imagine that you have pink light all around your head. It is very pretty and it will help your complexion. The idea will relax you. The pink light is bringing you all goodness and beauty. If you would like to use another color you can do that such as white.

Step 4
I am attaching a link to a yoga site for the face. I think the corpse pose is also good. You lay down for that. In class we did it so the face is also relaxed. There is a lot of tension there in your face. Your whole body relaxing also helps.
