Make Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Ribs are not only for grilling

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wrights smoke sauce
  • Gates BBQ Sauce (or sauce of your choice)
  • Vinegar
  • Butter
  • Meat tenderizer
  • Lemon Pepper
  • BBQ Seasoning
  • Cajun spice
  • Country ribs.
  1. Step 1
     

    1 tbl vinegar
    1/4 cp butter
    1/8 cp wrights smoke sauce.
    Large bottle of Gates BBQ Sauce.
    Tenderizer
    Lemon Pepper
    BBQ spice
    Cajun spice

  2. Step 2

    Prep Meat The night before you are going to cook it.
    Always wash the meat.
    Place ribs in a roasting pan.

  3. Step 3

    In a med bowl mix together,
    1 tbl Vinegar
    1/4 cp Butter
    1/8 cp Wrights Smoke Sauce
    1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
    1cp water
    Heat 1 min in microwave.
    Drench Ribs with mixture

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle Ribs with tenderizer, Than sprinkle the rest of the spices all over the ribs.
    Cover and seal with foil.
    Let marinate over night in the refrigerator.

  5. Step 5

    Heat oven to 325 degrees.

  6. Step 6

    Bake, 4 1/2hrs.
    Add rest of BBQ Sauce to the ribs. Let Ribs cook for 1 more hour with sauce on it, with out the foil.

    Remove ribs; Serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • Goes well with baked beans, Potato Salad,Candied Yams, Cornbread, Mac & Chz. All your starches. Have at it:~)
