How to Make an Organza Wrap for a Wedding

You can make a basic organza wrap to wear with wedding dress in less than an hour

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large piece of organza--at least 1-1/2 yards, silk or polyester Thread sewing machine

    Simple organza wrap

  1. Step 1

    Take the fabric and fold along the length, matching the finishes edges (also called selvedges).

  2. Step 2

    Sew along the 2 cut ends, about 1/2" from the edge.

  3. Step 3

    Sew along the long edge (selvedge), leaving about 6" unsewn in the middle of the seam

  4. Step 4

    Turn the fabric inside out, so the raw edge are inside

  5. Step 5

    Hand or machine stitch the opening
