Instructions

    • 1

Spray-paint or color the top surface of a white paper plate. Pick a fall color or a variety of fall colors for the plate. If you spray-paint it, let it dry before putting other decorations on the cornucopia.

    • 2

Bend the lower half of the plate so that it is in a point. Staple it from the outside so that anyone who grabs it does not get hurt from the raised staple edges.

    • 3

Glue beads, dried flowers or other small items to the inside of the cornucopia cone. Dried willows are often used for the inside, as well as dried eucalyptus.

    • 4

Let the cornucopia dry overnight. Set on the center of your table for all to admire. Write date and name of the maker on the bottom so you can remember the time when the family member or friend made it.

    • 5

Store your cornucopia in a bag in a safe place where it cannot be crushed after the holidays.
