1. Navigate to Classic Closeouts. Click on the "Women" tab and then click on "Clearance" in the left-side bar. Also check the "Bargain Bin" link to find clothing in a specific price range. Next to "Sort," select "Prices Low to High." This site has a wide range of women's swimwear, shirts, pants, skirts and jackets at extremely low prices. While the brands may seem a bit generic, the prices are excellent. Purchase $40 or more to get free shipping on your order.

2. Go to the Overstock website. In the menu, click on "Clothing and Shoes: Women's." Check the "Almost Sold Out" and "Clearance" sections for the best deals. Overstock's prices are slightly higher than Classic Closeout's. This is primarily because Overstock specializes in name-brand fashions such as Anne Klein and Betsey Johnson. 4. Go to Smart Bargains. Click on the "Apparel" link underneath "Women's Bargains." Click on "Women's Apparel Clearance" to find the best prices. This site features name-brand fashions by designers such as Liz Claiborne, Tahari, Jones New York, Larry Levine and Atelier. Smart Bargains also allows you to sort the prices from low to high. Click on "Best Sellers" to find the hottest fashions. Join their Smart Shoppers Club for benefits such as discounts on shipping and access to members-only discounts.

5. Check your shopping cart carefully when you check out on any website. Ensure that the prices for the clothing items you've added are correct. Purchase as many items as possible in one session, since most stores offer very low combined shipping. Also check the site's return and exchange policies before you complete your purchase. Some sites don't accept returns on clearance merchandise, so make absolutely sure that the clothing you select is the right size, color and style to fit your needs.
