      Clear the area around your Mac mini. If anything is on top of the Mac mini, remove these items as they may cause it to not work properly.

      If you are running any programs that use the disc you are trying to eject, quit the programs.

      Know that on the keyboard, there is a designated key for ejecting discs. It is the (C) button. Press this to eject the disc. If it is not an Apple keyboard, the F12 button may be used.

      If your disc will still not eject, then click beside the CD icon and press the (C) eject button at the same time.

      If this still does not work, drag the CD icon to the trash can icon on your desktop.
