Configuring PC Games to Work With a 3D Attack Joystick
Many gamers prefer the level of control and sensitivity that a joystick offers over the standard mouse input. It can be frustrating to get a top of the line 3D Attack joystick only to find that it isn't working properly when you load up your favorite game. These steps will help you through configuring the joystick so that you can spend countless hours enjoying games on your PC.

Make sure that the game you are trying to play offers support for joysticks, as many new games do not offer this feature. Look in the manual that came with your game or check the game's official website to find out if there are any compatibility issues.

Run the game program from your desktop, and then go into the game's "Options" menu to see if you have to turn on joystick support manually.

Access your PC's control panel through the "Start" bar and then choose the "Controllers" or "Joysticks" tab.

Calibrate your joystick to make sure that all of the buttons are mapped correctly to your computer by clicking on the "Calibrate" option.

Press each of the buttons on your joystick and rotate the main column of the stick when prompted by your computer to complete the calibration.
