Step 1
Make a guest list for the bridal shower. Assign each person on the list an hour of the day. If inviting fewer than 24 guests, skip some overnight hours.

Send invitations to everyone on the guest list. Include the fact that it is an Around the Clock bridal shower and the hour that the guest has been assigned.

Encourage guests to bring a gift from the bride's registry that correlates with the hour of the day that she has been assigned. For example, a guest assigned 1 a.m. could bring bedding or lingerie and a guest assigned 6 p.m. could bring a kitchen item for preparing dinner.

Step 4
Serve a variety of finger foods and appetizers. Arrange the food in groupings of the time of day they would be served. Make an arrangement of breakfast foods such as muffins and fruits, an arrangement of lunchtime foods like finger sandwiches and pasta salads and a grouping of hot appetizers that would be served in the evening.

Step 5
Play an Around the Clock-themed shower game. Give each guest a sheet of paper with a picture of a clock and a pen. Ask the guest to write the name of a gift that she thinks the bride will receive at each hour of the day. As the bride opens gifts, ask the guests to circle the gifts that they guessed correctly. Award the guest who guessed the the highest number of gifts a prize.
