Step 1
Belly up to the self-service counter. Order the house Colombian coffee, a rich and fragrant blend, or one of the selection of coffees from Argentina, Brazil and Peru. Non-coffee drinkers can sample cider or chai tea. Bring your laptop, because Inza offers free WiFi.

Step 2
Grab a table inside near one of the walls of windows and check out the cool black and white artwork. The interior space is painted bright red, and cheerful knick-knacks add to the festive atmosphere.Got a sweet tooth? Sample one of the iced "frios," frothy iced coffee and cream drinks that are more like dessert than java.

Step 3
Arrive for lunch and sample one of the house-made empanadas, South American-style turnovers filled with meat, beans or vegetables. A specialty is the sweet corn and cheese variety. There are also sandwiches, salads and pastries. Plan to spend under $10 for a sandwich or salad and beverage. A daily lunch special is also offered for about $6.

Step 4
Save room for a treat from the pastry case, which include croissants, chocolate-dipped empanadas and muffins. Finish with a caffeine jolt in the form of an espresso float ($5), served with ice cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Stay for a free tango lesson on weekends or schedule a visit to the monthly chocolate and coffee club. The coffeehouse has an ever-changing calendar of events.
