How to Create a Flower Pen
A great little craft project that is fun and easy for the whole family is creating flower pens. These little pens are made with very cheap supplies, and you can get as colorful and flamboyant as you want with them. You can also make them to fit the season, using poinsettias for Christmas and lilies for Easter. They make great gifts!
Things You'll Need
- Fake flowers of all colors Cheap pack of ballpoint pens Roll of tape used in flower design Scissors or wire cutters

Hold the stem of the flower firmly against the pen. The writing tip should be considered the bottom of the pen, with the other part being the top part. The flower should be placed at the top of the pen.

Make several flower pens and place them in a decorative jar or glass. The final project looks like a gentle bouquet of flowers. You can also simply wrap a length of ribbon around 4 or 5 flower pens and hand this "bouquet" to someone as a gift.
Tips & Warnings
Sell your pens at craft fairs. Give your pens away as thank you gifts to people who help you. Use the pens as a fundraiser for your school or organization. Teachers can give the pens to students for incentive awards.
Be careful that no wire is poking through the tape.

Nice job. You can also add huge flowers to help prevent people from taking your pens! -
