Things You'll Need:
- 10 - 15 large apples in at least three varieties
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5-6 qt crock pot

Step 1
Peel all of your apples.

Step 2
Use an apple corer/slicer to core and slice your apples.

Step 3
Put the apples in your crock pot and add lemon juice and water.

Step 4
Add brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 5
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Step 6
When apples are finished cooking use a potato masher to mash them into applesauce.
