Things You'll Need:

  • GHEE
  • COOKING PAN
  • GHEE URUNDAI FLOUR BABA'S
  • A BOWL TO MIX
  • CASHEW NUTS
  • RAISINS
  1. Step 1

    Put 300ml ghee in a saucepan and bring it to boil.You should have at least 2g of chopped raisins,and 2g of chopped cashew nuts.

  2. Step 2

    take the ready mate 500g of baba's urundai flour and put it in a bowl,and then add the ghee that you boil, in the flour.Then add the raisins and the cashew nuts and mix them well together with a spoon because the ghee will be hot.

  3. Step 3

    After mixing, cautiously take and roll the dough with your hands into a small balls.Its ready to be served.

Tips & Warnings
  • TRY TO ROLL BEFORE THE HEAT GOES DOWN
  • YOU CAN EVEN ADD OTHER NUTS
  • BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU ROLL BECAUSE THE GHEE WILL BE HOT
