Things You'll Need

• 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 lbs. breakfast sausage
• 3 cups milk
• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 9 x 13 baking dish

Instructions

1. The night before your event, be it a brunch, breakfast with your family, a shower, or any other type of party:
   -Spread the seasoned croutons to cover the bottom of your casserole dish.
   -Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the croutons.
   -Brown and strain the breakfast sausage and spread over the cheese.

   In a separate mixing bowl beat together 2 1/2 cups of the milk, 4 eggs, and prepared mustard.
   -Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
   -Cover and refrigerate over night.

   -Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
   -Pour 1/2 cup of milk into a small mixing bowl.
   -Add the mushroom soup and mix well.
