- 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs. breakfast sausage
- 3 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 9 x 13 baking dish

The night before your event, be it a brunch, breakfast with your family, a shower, or any other type of party:
-Spread the seasoned croutons to cover the bottom of your casserole dish.
-Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the croutons.
-Brown and strain the breakfast sausage and spread over the cheese.In a separate mixing bowl beat together 2 1/2 cups of the milk, 4 eggs, and prepared mustard.
-Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
-Cover and refrigerate over night. -
