Candy Cane White Chocolate Bark is an easy candy to make for the Holidays! Just follow these steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 - 1lb bags white chocolate melts
  • 12 candy canes broken into bits
  • 9+1/2 x 11+1/2 baking pan
  • wax paper
  • double boiler
  • air-tight container
  1. Step 1

    In a double boiler on low heat, melt 2 bags of white chocolate melts; stirring until all pieces are melted.

  2. Step 2

    Line a baking pan with wax paper and evenly sprinkle the broken bits of candy cane over the wax paper.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the melted chocolate over the candy cane bits; cool.

  4. Step 4

    When cool, break into large chunks and store in an air-tight container.

Tips & Warnings
  • Can put candy in decorative tins or glass containers to serve or give away for the Holidays.
  • Just use the bits of candy cane and do not add the dust created by breaking the candy canes.
  • Do not cook the chocolate, only heat enough to melt.
