How to Make Grilled Lemon Pepper Herb Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

Grill these shrimp and vegetable kabobs inside your home on an electric table-top grill or outdoors on your gas or charcoal grill. Either way you will enjoy these delicious kabobs. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Large bowl
  • Metal or wooden skewers
  • 1 lb. Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
  • 4 cups of cut vegetables - squash, zucchini, red or sweet onion, mushrooms, green, yellow or red peppers, or cherry tomatoes
  • pineapple (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of McCormick Grill Mates - Lemon pepper with herbs seasonings.

Instructions

    • 1

      Pour olive oil into a bowl and add shrimp. Toss shrimp in olive oil.

      Add seasoning and toss again until shrimp are evenly coated.

      Alternately thread vegetables, and shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers.

      Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until vegetables are tender and shrimp turns pink.

      Turn kabobs over frequently.

      Makes 4 servings.

Tips & Warnings

  • Soak wooden skewers in water before using on the grill.

  • You can also use fruit like pineapple slices on the skewers.

  • You don't have to use all the vegetables listed, use the ones that you like.
