Love sex? Maybe love sex a little too much? Is premature ejaculation or orgasm keeping you from a long, satisfying sexual experience? Here's how to increase your sexual stamina and last longer in bed.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Self Control
  1. Step 1

    PRACTICE

Not only does practice make perfect, it also makes sex a little less... exciting. The more exposure you have to sex and to the opposite sex, the less overwhelmed you will be by the experience. This doesn't mean that frequent sex loses it's thrill, but that the thrill is derived from the quality of sex rather than the newness of the experience. Practice will help you develop skills and overcome the urge to climax too soon.

  2. Step 2

    INDEPENDENT STUDY

If having sex more often isn't an option, masturbation is another great way to decrease your sensitivity to sexual activity. Try masturbating once, trice, even three times on the days you plan to have sex. You will notice a difference immediately. To test this theory, notice how reaching an orgasm takes longer and longer each time you masturbate throughout the day.

When you masturbate, practice nearing orgasm, then stopping to regain your composure. See how long you can postpone orgasm in masturbation. Practice various ways of calming yourself. Then bring those skills back to the bedroom.

  3. Step 3

    TAKE A BREAK

Many men find that the initial urge to climax is very powerful, but if they are able to resist, the urge passes and does not return immediately. When you are making love or having sex with a woman, and you feel your passion building, resist the urge to follow it to a pleasure explosion. Take a break. Pull away. Perform oral sex on your partner. Kiss. Talk for a moment. Become a master of recognizing the signs of climax and withdraw from exciting activity before your passion peaks.

  4. Step 4

    BREATHE DEEP

Deep breathing helps restore oxygen levels, which naturally calm excitement. An example of this theory is when people are suffering a panic attack they are often encouraged to breathe into a paper bag to decrease oxygen levels and restore balance to their emotional state. You can find excellent breathing techniques from a variety of world cultures, designed to restore your sexual stamina.

  5. Step 5

    DESENSITIZING CREAMS

Desensitizing creams are designed to take the edge off and prevent premature ejaculation. Desensitizing creams lessen the sensitivity of your ****, essentially numbing it to a degree. However, this decrease in sensitivity makes some men feel sex is less enjoyable. Still, if you have a serious problem, creams might be the best option.

  6. Step 6

    WEAR A CONDOM... OR TWO

Men have long complained that condoms decrease sensitivity and therefore make sex less enjoyable. However, if your premature ejaculation is due to over-sensitivity, the only solution is to decrease your body's reaction to touch. Try wearing a condom. If you have been wearing a condom and are still experiencing premature ejaculation, try wearing another one. Just make sure you select ribbed condoms so your part's sensitivity won't be impaired.

  7. Step 7

    POSITIONS

When you are struggling to control your premature ejaculation, you need to be in control of sex. The missionary position, and doggy-style, allow you to stop intercourse immediately when you feel you need a break.
