How to roast pumpkin seeds

Ever eat pumpkin seeds? They're really good, and good for you. Here's how to do it, just incase you want to try.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pumpkin, Olive oil, Salt
  1. Step 1

    Cut a hole around the top of the pumpkin and take out the seeds.

  2. Step 2

    Separate seeds from pumpkin and wash them gently.

  3. Step 3

    Allow seeds to dry completely on foil or cookie sheet, usually overnight.

  4. Step 4

    Once dry, preheat oven to 350. Mix seeds with 1-2 Tbls olive oil, salt to taste, and bake until golden and crispy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Goes great with Halloween trail mix, or by itself. Can also season with cajun, or garlic.
