Things You'll Need:
- frying pan
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic
- BBQ sauce
- provolone cheese
- bread

Step 1
In a medium size frying pan heat 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil at medium heat.

String out 16 to 18oz of dark or white leftover turkey meat and place into pan.

Step 3
Add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic.

Stir and fry at medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly crispy around the edges.

Step 5
Turn off stove and add about 1/2 cup of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce into the pan and stir well.

Step 6
Add a few slices of provolone cheese on top of meat and cover five minutes.

Step 7
Toast your favorite bread and spatula out the meat and into the bread.
