How to make the best BBQ Turkey Sandwich

Are you getting tired of your leftover Thanksgiving turkey? Try this sandwich, it's Awesome. This recipe makes about four sandwiches.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • frying pan
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minced garlic
  • BBQ sauce
  • provolone cheese
  • bread
  1. Step 1

    In a medium size frying pan heat 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil at medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    String out 16 to 18oz of dark or white leftover turkey meat and place into pan.

  3. Step 3

    Add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic.

  4. Step 4

    Stir and fry at medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly crispy around the edges.

  5. Step 5

    Turn off stove and add about 1/2 cup of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce into the pan and stir well.

  6. Step 6

    Add a few slices of provolone cheese on top of meat and cover five minutes.

  7. Step 7

    Toast your favorite bread and spatula out the meat and into the bread.

  8. Step 8

    CHOMP!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't over kill on the BBQ sauce. Just add enough to flavor.
