Things You'll Need:
- 1 container phillycheese premade filling (or if you have your own recipe for a cheesecake filling, use it!)
- 1 dozen peanut butter cookies (I like to make them from scratch or buy premade)
- 1 large package chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 container of coolwhip (larger size)

Step 1
1. Preheat oven according to packaged directions and bake your peanut butter cookies according to the package directions.

2. Once cookies are baked and cooled, or if you have bought pre made cookies, crumble cookies into crumbs. (SAVE 1-2 cookies for topping)

3. Pour melted butter over cookie crumbs and form into a crust into the bottom of pan or dish of choice.

4. smooth cream cheese filling over the cookie crust.

5. Mix chocolate pudding according to box directions, once smooth, pour over and spread evenly over cream cheese filling layer.

6. Add the cool whip topping over the chocolate pudding layer smoothing out evenly as well.

7. Crumble the saved cookies from step 2 over the top of the cool whip layer.

8. Refrigerate for about an hour. This is best when served chilled!!!
