Things You'll Need:
- 4 French rolls
- 1 lb. Rib-eye beef (very thinly sliced)
- 12 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 large green pepper (sliced)
- 6 ounces white button mushrooms
- 15 ounces cheese whiz
- 1/4 cup margarine (may substitute this with butter)
- Extra margarine (for rolls)

Step 1
Cooking the onion mixture.In a pan, put the margarine, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and onion. Stirring occasionally, cover and cook over medium heat until onions are golden brown and soft.

Step 2
Add the rib-eye beef to the onion mixture. Sauté until beef is brown or you have reached your desired doneness. Remove the pan from heat and cover.

Step 3
Spread thin layer of margarine on the inside of the French rolls. Lightly toast.

Step 4
Heat the Cheez Whiz as directed on the jar.

Step 5
Divide the beef and onion mixture onto the toasted rolls. Drizzle the desired amount of Cheez Whiz over the beef. Serve immediately.
