If you are short on time and really want to workout. Take 15 minutes to do a mini workout.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Walk or jog in place for three minutes. The last minutes speed it up to get more out of the routine.

  2. Step 2

    Do 12 squats, 10 push-up and 20 crunches move quickly to burn more calories.

  3. Step 3

    Repeat 1 and 2 then finish with a brisk 5-minute walk.
