Miso soup is yummy, cheap, and so easy to make. Miso soup is also one of the best foods to improve the quality of your blood and make it from acidic to alkaline, this means to feel healthier and more energetic. take Miso soup for breakfast a week and you will just fall in love

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Miso paste 1-2 spoons
  • Water 3-4 cups
  • Fresh Ginger 1 slice
  • Wakame seaweed 1 spoon
  • Sesame-seed oil -few drops
  • Scallions 2 med size
  1. Step 1

    *Wash the scallions, cut it in slices
    *wash the ginger and chopped it fine

  2. Step 2

    Place a small pot with water on low-medium fire, add the miso paste and stir gently. Add the wakame seaweed and the sesame seed oil.

  3. Step 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients one by one ( also recommended ingredients of your choice). Add the ginger at the end and let it sit on the fire for a few minutes. DO NOT BOIL!
    Ready to eat..................

Tips & Warnings
  • If possible use spring water and local grown organic vegetables
  • Feel free to add some of the following ingredients:
  • Tofu, shrimp, fish, shellfish, mussels, mushroom, carrot, green peas
  • If you boil it you will ruin the wakame, kill the miso nutritious enzymes and will taste bad
