This article will show you how to make a liquid "Reese's" cup.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Peanut butter (Smooth)
  • Powdered Chocolate
  • Hot Water
  • Sugar/Stevia/Sweetener
  1. Step 1

Put the kettle on and boil some water.

  2. Step 2

In the meantime take 3 teaspoons of chocolate, 2 teaspoons of sugar ( if you are using Stevia be sure to use a LOT less - maybe 1/8th of a teaspoon), and 1 teaspoon of smooth peanut butter in a mug.

  3. Step 3

Pour the hot water into the cup half way. Add milk and stir.
    Enjoy :).

Tips & Warnings
  • You can always change the ratio's of sugar and chocolate to suit your palate.
  • Using different cocoa powder yields different versions and flavors!
  • Try not to burn yourself or any loved ones with boiling hot water. Water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius).

on 11/3/2008 @taskeinc - I guess that depends on how many you have a day and how what amount of sugar/peanut butter is used. If you can use Stevia you can keep the sweet content up, drop calories (Stevia = 0 calories), and minimize the impact on your blood sugar level. No easy answer - it all depends :)
