Step 1
Here are five simple to do tricks to cut those unwanted calories from your drinks!
One: DUH! DRINK MORE WATER! Everyone knows this but why is it SO darn hard? Well, we all have our own excuses but for me I hated the plain taste of water. Try mixing in these "to go" drink mixes like Crystal Lite and Welyers in your water! They are very low in calories (normally zero to five) and most have no fat at all! Its a great way to get that daily water in your diet and it tastes GREAT! -
Step 2
Two: Order unsweet tea!
I know lots of folks who are hooked on the Mc Donald's sweet tea...its cheap and taste great but did you know its loaded with sugar? NOT GOOD! Try drinking unsweetened tea and sweeten it up with Slenda or Sweet & Low. This will cut those unwanted calories out! -
Step 3
Three: Go diet!
Stop drinking regular soft drinks! If you are going to have a soda drink a diet one! Easier said than done? NO! After a while you can't tell its diet! I promise! -
Step 4
Four: Go skim!
Skim milk has all the vitamins as regular milk without all the calories and fat! Most skim milk is 80 calories with zero fat per eight ounce serving. -
Step 5
Five: Make your own coffee!
Did you know that most coffee drinks are loaded with sugar and calories? THEY ARE! That is why it is important for you to make your own coffee at home! This will not only save you time and money but will also insure that you know what's going into your body!
Sweeten your coffee with Splenda and skim milk!
