How to Make Twice Baked Potatoes at Home.

Love the taste of twice baked potatoes. You can make this tasty treat in your own kitchen tonight.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Six baking potatos
  • Six sweet potatos
  • one third cup of milk
  • one teaspoon of salt
  • two third cup sour cream
  • three fourth cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • minced chives
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to four hundred degrees farenhiet.

  2. Step 2

    Use fork to make four holes in top of each potato. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil. Baking potato will need to bake for about one hour if medium sized. Sweet potato will need to bake for about forty-five minutes for medium size.

  3. Step 3

    When remove potato from oven remove aluminum foil. Cut off the top third of potato. Remove the inside of potato and place in a bowl. Mash the potato (sweet and baking) with milk, salt and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add in cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Place mixture back into the potato skin.

  5. Step 5

    Prior to serving. Heat oven to three fifty degrees farenhiet. Bake in oven uncovered for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
