Step 1

First, if your a nagging wife or girlfriend STOP now! Men do not like women who constantly nag at them! Would you?

Ladies, he is who you fell in love with! He is NEVER going to change so STOP trying to change him! Let your man be his own person! Even if this means yelling at the television on Sundays for no apparent reason!
Step 2

Secondly, STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN! Your man isn't this feeling less creature without wants and needs! He is the same as you!! He also has a tender side and sometimes women seem to forget this so STOP constantly talking about "me, me, me" and LOOK at your relationship and LISTEN to what he is trying to tell you! PAY ATTENTION! Men love a women who is tuned into them!

A simple "how was your day" can go a long way sometimes!
Step 3

Third, keep yourself maintained! Physically and mentally! Who wants to be with a slob that has low self esteem? I don't! So many times ladies get married and have kids and just don't feel as pretty as they once did pre marriage!

Life can be hard and who has time or money for trips to the beauty salon and spa right?! Little Lonnie has football practice and Kendra has dance...oh and the Booster Club meeting is at five! Don't get discouraged! You can do simple things daily at home that won't cost you much time or money!

EAT WELL - DUH!
EXERCISE - Again, we all know this!
USE LOTION - Find an inexpensive lotion that smells great and moisturizes! Nothing feels better than a soft woman to snuggle up to! Lotion your whole body! Especially those feet and hands!
FIX YOUR HAIR - Make sure you change it up! Don't always wear the same do! Men like change!
WEAR MAKE UP - Even if its just a little bit of lip gloss! Always accent your features!
KEEP YOUR LEGS SHAVED - DUH! Who wants to get close to a porky pine?

Ladies, sweat pants and tee shirts are fine every once in a while but lets admit it...men are visual creatures!

OH, and speaking of confidence, ladies, stop with all the jealousy! Men love to feel wanted and special but this is NOT the way! In fact, a jealous woman can push a good man away!

Don't freak out when your man wants a little boy time...remember he is coming home to YOU!

Fourth, keep a well maintained home!

Men love a well kept house! Especially if they are the bread winners of the family! It gives them a since of serenity when they come home from work!

He may be the king of the castle but your the one in charge of running it!

Fifth, keep it spicy in the bedroom! THIS IS A MUST! Don't be afraid to try new things! Role play and live out fantasies! Men tend to get bored faster than women in the bedroom!

Add some sex toys, costumes, lingerie, porn or a little dirty talk!
