Steps to export iTune library from Mac to PC or PC to Mac

Instructions

Step 1

Find the iTune music folder on the old computer.
Step 2

Install iTune on the new computer if it is not installed yet.
Step 3

Copy the iTune music folder content from the old computer to the new computer.
Step 4

Choose File then Export Library on the old computer, browse and save the entire library to a xml file.
Step 5

Start iTune on the new computer.
Step 6

Choose File and then Import on the new computer and import the previously saved xml file.
