Step 1
Volunteer
There’s nothing like volunteering your time to people, places, and organizations. People always appreciate help when they can count on others and have support. Volunteering can be anything from: helping someone, reading a book to a child, supporting an organization, church, or program. -
Step 2
Take time for others and don’t be all about yourself. Take time to greet someone, listen to someone talk about what’s on their mind. You can even take a friend out to a restaurant, or take them shopping. Remember, its not about you!
-
Step 3
Reward people for their achievements and their success, try to talk in terms of the other person and you will see the favor returned unto you. Have a joyful heart about what you are doing, because whatever you sow you shall reap!
-
Step 4
When you become a giving person to the appropriate people and situations, people will feel a warmth and a sense of care from you. In fact, people enjoy it when others are involved or are supporting them and helping them succeed.
