Red Bell Pepper Sauce adds a delicious flavor to pork roast or meatloaf. Easy to make with these simple steps.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 red bell peppers, roasted, with peels, cores and seeds removed
  • 1 Tbs + 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne pepper or red hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  1. Step 1

    Puree in a blender roasted red bell peppers that have been peeled and cored with seeds removed.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into small bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Add olive oil, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper, salt.
    Makes about 1 cup.
