Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted, with peels, cores and seeds removed
- 1 Tbs + 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- dash of cayenne pepper or red hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
Puree in a blender roasted red bell peppers that have been peeled and cored with seeds removed.

Step 2
Pour into small bowl.

Step 3
Add olive oil, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper, salt.
Makes about 1 cup.
