Prevent Wrinkles

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This is so true when dealing with wrinkles. The best way to manage wrinkles is to stop them before they start.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Emu oil
  • Placenta
  • Argueline
  • Facial execiser
  • grapeseed extract
  • suscreen
  • Clean water
  • Preventive face lifts
  1. Step 1

There are so many benefits that emu oil can provide for the prevention of wrinkles. Emu oil is a 100% triglyceride (fatty compound). Its fatty composition is very similar to the ones found in human skin. This means that the body can absorb emu oil more readily and completely than any other oil! It is high in oleic acid which increases its ability to carry other nutrients used in combination through the skin. Simply put, it not only replenishes the oils that your body loses due to age, but it makes all the other vitamins, minerals, etc used in combination with it to penetrate to the dermis. Emu oil also increases the growth of skin. It is a known anti-inflammatory and it has a natural SPF (sun protection factor)!

  2. Step 2

Placenta is on all the latest Hollywood skin care journals and no wonder, for it is fast becoming the "miracle" cure for wrinkle prevention. Placenta is packed full of protein. It accelerates tissue regeneration and cell turnover. All of those aspects counteracts the free radical damaged that occurs as we age and when we do not have enough antioxidants in our system.

  3. Step 3

Argireline is a small peptide with protein components. Argireline relaxes facial tension. These stressed facial muscles contribute to lines and wrinkles. Argireline inhibits the release of neurotransmitters that sends signals to the brain to tense facial muscles. The effects are very similar to Botox, but unlike botox it can be self administered in an over the counter facial cream.

  4. Step 4

Facial exercise is a natural way to give yourself a face lift. It tightens elongated muscles and therefore firms up flabby skin. It also smoothes out wrinkles by building up facial muscles that cause the skin to become taught. You can either use your fingers and facial expressions to accomplish your desired goal or purchase a toning machine. The toning machines usually come with charts to show you where to place the electrical pulses that stimulate muscle movement.

  5. Step 5

Ultraviolet-A radiation (UVA)causes cutaneous aging. So there is no question that the use of Sunscreen is essential if one wants to prevent wrinkles. You should get a sunscreen that has both UVA and UVB protection and is at least an SPF of 15.

  6. Step 6

Wrinkles on some people are just down-right sexy! But let's face it, not everyone can pull them off. You don't have to be afraid of the sun or spend massive amounts of money to keep those "smile lines" off your face. Just incorporate some new techniques and add a couple of products to your skin care routine and keep them guessing!

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not over use a facial toning tool, it can cause facial soreness and redness
