Change Your Story

Stories are very interesting as we tell them through out our lives. We tell stories to get jobs or find a mate and we even tell stories to determine our value to society.

What a lot of people don't know is that you can change that story any time you want and that these stories you tell yourself are not fixed in stone.

Below are some great tips on how to change your story.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • creativity
  • an open mind.
  1. Step 1

Change the way you see the world. People tend to stick to the same story and trap themselves to a particular profile, they see themselves in the world. Which makes them feel small and insignificant.

Where as people who see the whole world in themselves feel abundant and full of character and life. Their world is larger then life and is of significant value.

  2. Step 2

Remember that stories are what make us and what break us. The key is to notice and be vigilant of the gossip we tell about ourselves when we feel that we can't produce in the world. If we can stop that gossip right away we tend to NOT create lies about ourselves and hence we don't manufacture stories that are incongruent with our nature to produce value in the world.

  3. Step 3

You will spend your whole life meeting people, that will attempt to tell you what your story should be and how to stick to it. Word to the wise, you will always be the one holding the pen not them. So don't allow them to write your story for you.

  4. Step 4

last but not least don't take your story so seriously. After all its just a story.
