- vivid imagination
-
Step 1
Purchase photo greeting card paper and envelopes. Be sure that the envelopes are included.

Step 2
Using Microsoft Publisher software or some other desktop publishing software, create the card using the publication designs for greeting cards. Browse through and find one that you like and work with it.

Step 3
Design the cover by adding desired colors, borders, clip art and/or photos from the software's clip art gallery or on the Internet by googling Images. Update the text also.
-
Step 4
Uploading photos of family, friends, favorite spots or pets will personalize your card, and it will have a very special meaning to the receiver.

Step 5
After finishing the front cover, click on pages 2 and 3. Add your text and design these pages with your own personal touch too.
-
Step 6
Add your company's name or web page on the back of the card. Use words such as "Created Especially for You" to make the publication more personal. Clip art and/or photos can be used too.
