Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup beef dripping

Step 1
blend together the flour and salt.
VERY slowly add the milk. You must add very gradually or there will be lumps. -
Step 2
Add the eggs and beat with a blender or egg beater for two minutes.
Cover bowl and chill for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Heat oven to 425 degrees. -
Step 3
Pour the beef dripping into an 8 inch pan.
Place pan in oven until dripping begin to sizzle.
Quickly pour the egg mixture over the dripping and return to oven. -
Step 4
Lower oven to temperature to 375 degrees.
Bake for 50 minutes or until pudding is puffed and crisp.
Serve with roast.
