How to manage party invitations with Evite

Evite.com is an online event management system that allows you to track attendance at parties, events, activities and more.

Evite.com will send the original invitations for you and track the RSVPs. It will even send reminders as the event gets closer.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Computer with internet access
• Email addresses of guests

1. Plan an exciting event and get ready to invite your guests.

2. Obtain a copy of all of the email addresses for your guests

3. Log on to evite.com

4. Click on the "invitations" tab

5. Choose an invitation based on your party type and your preferences

6. Choose an invitation type based on your personal preferences or the type of party

7. Fill in the required information including party date / time / location.

8. Enter the email addresses of all recipients

9. Click on "send now" when completed

10. To finalize the invitation, log in to Evite.com or create free account. Then send the invitation.

Tips & Warnings

• Know your party details before you send the invitation. This will minimize the number of emails your guests receive.
