EASY WAY TO TIGHTEN YOUR ABS STOMACH MUSCLES WHILE SITTING AT YOUR DESK OR WATCHING TV!,, This is a great fitness exercise not only for your abs, but also for legs and arms...Be sure to view my other articles on desk exercises!.  You may not lose weight with these exercises but you will be firmer and look better!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 exercise ball
  1. Step 1

    Purchase exercise ball.  Wal-Mart department store sells for about $10.  There are two sizes available.  You will need to select the correct size for your height. If you are around 5 feet tall or shorter, purchase the smaller ball.

  2. Step 2

    Inflate according to directions. A foot pump or hand held pump should be included in the purchase.

  3. Step 3

    Use the exercise ball as your chair at your home or office desk.

  4. Step 4

    Just by the action of your balancing your self in an upright position on the exercise ball causes you to hold your stomach muscles tight and upright.

  5. Step 5

    YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE RESULTS IN A SHORT TIME WITH THIS EXERCISE BALL!
