Hummus a healthy vegetarian dish used in sandwiches, dips with veggies and filled with nutrition

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • garbanzo beans
  • sesame seeds
  • sesame oil
  • lemon juice
  • cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, salt
  1. Step 1

    cook approx four cups of garbanzo beans in approx two quarts of water until tender.

  2. Step 2

    Puree beans with 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, 1/4cupl sesame oil, and all seasonings until smooth

  3. Step 3

    Chill in refrigerator until serving..with crackers, celery, or on toast points.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you like it really hot double up on the cayenne pepper
