How to Make a Lavender Hand Scrub

You use your hands all day, every day. Often, the hands end up developing hard calluses that are difficult to remove. If you use this hand scrub 3 times a week, you will remove dead skin cells, leaving your hands very soft, smooth and smelling great. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 5 drops lavender oil
  • 2 drops jojoba oil

Instructions

      Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. You may add a few drops of water if the mix is a little too dry.

      Pour the ingredients into a plastic container with a lid or a glass jar with a lid.

      To use the hand scrub, scoop up a dime-sized amount of the scrub, place it into your palms and scrub them together, being sure to get in between the fingers and down the wrists.

      Rinse your hands using lukewarm water and pat dry with a hand towel. Enjoy extremely soft hands.

Tips & Warnings

  • If desired, you may use this scrub before bed on your feet. Place socks over your feet after rinsing and remove them in the morning for softer soles.
