1
Research all of the venues that offer dolphin swims in Cancun. Read reviews from other tourists and make sure the companies have good reputations. Choose a company that treats its animals well and is accredited by organizations such as the Alliance of Marine Parks and Aquariums. In addition, select a location fairly close to your hotel.

Next, decide the level of interaction you would like to have with the dolphins. Most places offer two choices: a shorter, less-expensive option that allows you to wade in shallow water and interact with the animals or a longer program that allows you to actually swim with the dolphins.

Due to the popularity of dolphins, you should book your swim several months in advance. Be prepared to pay anywhere between $150 and $250 per person.
-
4
Make sure you obtain a confirmation number when your swim is reserved. Keep this and bring it with you in case there are any problems with your reservation.
-
5
Print or write down the company's address. You may even want to map directions from your hotel to the location.
