Instructions

    • 1

Split the group into two equal teams, based on size, age, and athleticism. Have each team stand in a line with enough space between the two teams so that they are not crowded.

    • 2

Hand each participant a volleyball and outline the parameters of the course by picking a line in the gym that each player must run to from the point where he currently stands.

    • 3

Blow the whistle to begin. The first person in each line must run to the designated spot, turn around and then run back to her team. Once she returns, she must hand the volleyball off to the following person.

    • 4

The next person in line now has two volleyballs and they must run to the designated spot and back. Once he returns, he must give the two volleyballs to the following person.

    • 5

Finish the game. The process continues until the last person in line is running to the designated spot holding all the volleyballs. This is the winning team. If at any point a person drops one or more volleyballs, she must gather the balls and continue.

Tips & Warnings
