How to Make a Ninja Grappling Hook
The grappling hook is the staple to any ninja's inventory. A multi-purposed tool, the grappling hook serves essential functions of grabbing and obtaining desired objects, as well as give the ability to scale or climb a wall. While the Japanese were the first to develop the grappling hook, it has been tailored to modern needs in warfare. The grappling hook has been in existence for centuries, and will still be in continued use for many centuries to come.

Assemble the grappling hook by gathering the hooks or wrenches, and placing one on top of the of the other, creating an 'X' shape.

Grasp the rope or twine firmly, and wrap as tight as possible around the 'X' from left to right.

Continue wrapping the rope/twine as tight as possible from top to bottom of the 'X'.

Finish wrapping the rope/twine around the top and bottom again, but this time not as tight as before. This will create a hole.

Proceed by using the end of your rope/twine, and go through the hole that you have from the last step.

Pull the rope/twine tightly, and have finished making the grappling hook.

Use the hook by swinging your arm around, and then release the hook by throwing towards your desired direction.

Practice swinging on trees, or other objects that you can safely practice on.
