How to Cast a Self Confidence Spell

Self-confidence is something many people would like to have. If you tend to get nervous or shy around other people, this spell might just be of help. It's easy to perform, and will give you a boost to be more sure of yourself and around others.

Things You'll Need

• Piece of turquoise
• Hematite stone
• Quartz crystal
• Tape

Instructions

1. On a piece of paper, write down the following:" Confidence, come unto me Nervousness now quickly flee Bring me strength and bring me ease As I will, so mote it be."

2. Once you've written the words, take the piece of turquoise, the hematite stone and the quartz crystal and place them on top of the paper.

3. Wrap the paper around all the stones. Tape all around the paper to secure its contents.

4. Carry the taped-up stone with you wherever you go, either in your purse, a book bag or anything you else you tote regularly.

5. The Self Confidence Spell is now complete.
