Step 1
Dilute three drops of hibiscus essence into 1/4 cup of water. Hibiscus helps promote a strong bonding feeling, and one of the main causes of premature ejaculation is a lack of an emotional connection. Drink the hibiscus cocktail three times per day: in the morning, before lunch and before bed.
