How to Manage My Circle Options on Alltel.com
There are several cell phone plan providers available on the Internet that have unlimited calling features, including AT&T, Verizon and Alltel. Alltel’s My Circle gives members the ability to call from 5 to 20 numbers on any network for free. On Alltel's website, you can register and manage your account, and even access your service features and input and edit numbers on your My Circle plan. With Alltel’s My Circle service plan you will have more calling freedom with your cell phone.

Access the website. Alltel has an informative website where you can purchase cell phones, service plans and manage an existing account. Review the list of options available on the left side of the screen. The links include information about the Alltel company, accessories, tones and downloads.

Sign in to your account. Find the “My Account Login” section qt the bottom left corner of the Alltel page. If you are not already a member click on the “Register Now” link and follow the prompts to register your account. Once registered, enter your login name and password. If you forget them click on the “Forgot Your Login Information” link and follow the steps to have it forwarded to you.

Review the alerts. The top section of the "My Account" page has an “Alert” box where you can view information concerning your account. In this section Alltel lists any changes that have occurred to your account including status changes on your My Circle plan.

Open the "My Circle" page. You will see a group of titles at the top of the "My Account" page including bills and reports, payments, my circle, order history and several others. Click on “My Circle” and you will be directed to the page.

Manage your "My Circle" information. On the "My Circle Numbers" list you can put anyone in your circle, including friends, family, the office, your home, or wireless numbers, and any calls to the listed numbers are free. You can edit or remove numbers from the list at any time. On the “My Circle Advantage” link located at the top of the page, you can keep track of your advantage status. Under the “My Circle History” option you can view all of the numbers that have been changed on your list and when the change occurred.

Save your changes. After you enter the phone numbers you want on your circle, click the “Save My Numbers” button. If you have added new numbers to your list, they will go into effect the next day and you will be able to place unlimited calls to them at no charge.
