How to Do a Farmer Boy in Wrestling
In wrestling, when one competitor takes the other down, he must then attempt to turn his opponent over to earn back points or a pin. A pin ends a match immediately, while back points can end a match if one wrester's total point score exceeds his opponent by fifteen or more. The farmer boy is a pinning combination that locks very tight, with the aim of scoring a pin rather than accruing points.

1
Break your opponent down flat to his stomach.
-
2
Isolate one of his wrists out to the side of this body and then his pull it back, behind him so that his own forearm rests along his lower back. Keep this arm pinned behind him by holding it at the wrist.

-
3
Circle around your opponent, keeping his arm pinned behind him, and pinch his head between your knees.
-
4
While his head is pinched, switch your grip on the pinned wrist so that you are grabbing it with an overhand grip from your perspective, gripping it with the arm that corresponds to your opponent's pinned arm. That is, if you are pinning his left arm, grip the wrist with your left hand.

5
Release your opponent's head and continue circling so that you come all the way around him to the other side. Use your free arm to come up and under the armpit of his free arm, locking in a half nelson. Use the half nelson to turn your opponent over, while keeping his arm pinned behind him. Your opponent will not be able to resist being turned very easily, since he would normally use his other arm to post up, but that arm is pinned behind him.

Tips & Warnings
The farmer requires a lot of setup to execute, but if you are able to lock it up, it is unlikely that your opponent will be able to escape.
When you have your opponent's arm pinned behind him, you cannot lift it upward, making the angle of his elbow smaller than 90 degrees, as it is potentially dangerous.
