How to Create a Calendar on Microsoft Office Publisher 2007

Premade calendars sometimes do not have enough room to fit all of your appointments. There is also the problem of having terrible handwriting and not being able to decipher what you have tried to cram into such a little box on your calendar. The solution is to create your own calendar, which will allow you to make the daily or weekly boxes as large as you want them to be, and also lets you type in appointments.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 by double-clicking the shortcut icon on your desktop or just get to it by navigating from your “Start” button at the bottom left-hand area of your screen and following the path from “All Programs” to the “Microsoft Office” suite to the actual “Publisher“ file.

Double-click on the icon at the upper right-hand section titled “Calendars.”

Click on the actual calendar days to enlarge the calendar as you see fit. Use the drag arrows on the sides, top, bottom and corners to stretch out the calendar to make the days the size you would like. Also add and delete pictures or text boxes to your calendar as you see fit. Click on the text boxes and add any text. Click to the right of the numbered day to add a personal appointment. You can also change the font size.

Save your calendar file just in case there are any problems with printing it. Click "Print" to print the calendar. Make sure that your calendar is set up as you want it to look before printing. It is also a good idea to click “Print Preview” before printing to make sure that it looks exactly how you want it to.
