There is an easy way to create a two-way sync between Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide through the process of syncing Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook.

  1. Step 1

    Download the free Google Calendar Sync program.

  2. Step 2

    When a dialogue box appears, click “Save File.” Select “OK” to confirm it is an EXE file. Agree to the terms of service.

  3. Step 3

    When the settings configuration box appears, enter your Google account email and password.

  4. Step 4

    Select whether you want 2-way or 1-way sync. Enter how frequently you want the sync to take place in terms of the amount of minutes. Click "Save."

  • Before you get started, be sure to check that you have the supported operating system and version of Outlook.
