How to Install Toontown
Toontown is a fun online computer game for young children. Your child can make up his own character for this game and help fight evil robots. Don't worry, it's all in good fun. Downloading and installing the game isn't difficult as long as you follow these few simple directions.

Go to the Toontown website. You can either type it in the search bar or enter "Toontown" into a search engine. Either will take you to the page you need to begin the installation process. Once you are at the Toontown homepage, click on the big red button marked "Play."

Create an account by clicking on "Create account." This page will encourage you to think of a user name by using a favorite pet's name or a favorite character name. You will also need to create a password and enter your birthdate. Once this is done hit the "Next" button. If you are under 13 years of age, you will need to give an email address that belongs to your parents. You are now registered on the Toontown site.

Cick "Next" when done with the registration process. This will install the Toontown software. A new window will open up and most likley a security warning will pop up asking if you want to install and run "Toontown Installer" on your computer. Click "Yes" to install a macromedia player as well as the Toontown site itself. This will also create a shortcut on your computer desktop.

Complete the installation process. You will then be taken to a page in which you can create a toon. If you are using the free subscription you will only be able to particpate in this one specific portion of the game with one other player. For a fee as low as $4.95 the first month and $9.95 each additional month, you may join Toontown and enjoy even more Toontown neighborhoods.
