Instructions

  1. Making Chocolate Covered Strawberries at Home

    • 1

Break up the chocolate bar and place it in the glass bowl. Fill the saucepan with about 3 inches of water.

    • 2

Bring the water to a boil. Put the glass bowl over the saucepan and melt the chocolate. Be careful not to let all the water evaporate out of the saucepan.

    • 3

Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a dish cloth or paper towel. Set out the waxed paper on a clean, dry surface.

    • 4

Dip the strawberries, one at a time, into the chocolate. Roll each one thoroughly so it gets coated in the chocolate.

    • 5

Lay the dipped strawberries on the wax paper. Wait for the chocolate to dry, which should take only a few minutes. Refrigerate until serving, or serve immediately.
