Remington rifles have been around since 1816. Diehard Remington fans even have their own society, The Remington Society of America. Remington rifle owners have several options when looking for parts for their rifles.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Buy Remington rifle parts directly from the manufacturer. They even have an online site where you can order the parts to be delivered to your home. Since the parts will be coming directly from the manufacturer, you’ll know they are high quality and that you are getting your money’s worth (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Check eBay for some Remington rifle parts. There may not be a big selection to choose from, but if you are looking for a particular item, check eBay out. This would be a way to save a little money on parts (see Resources below).

  3. Step 3

Go to local pawn shops and sporting goods stores. These stores often have parts from different manufacturers. Pawn shops are great for finding deals. If you need a part for an older model, definitely check pawn shops. Sporting goods stores would probably have accessories and parts for popular rifles. It’s still worth a shot to check for older parts, just be aware that the store may have to order them.

  4. Step 4

Find a gun show to visit. Gun shows have vendors from all over with items for every gun manufacturer. There is even the chance you can work with the vendors at gun shows to get better prices on Remington rifle parts.

  5. Step 5

Order a catalog and find the parts you need. The Remington website has the option of requesting a catalog. Some sporting goods stores have catalogs from different manufacturers also. This is a good idea if you are more comfortable with paper and talking on the phone than using the Internet. Get the catalog and then you can pursue it and order parts at your leisure.

  6. Step 6

Read the order processing directions carefully no matter which option you choose. Many places require credit cards to make purchases now. Make sure the website is secure if you use this option to order Remington rifle parts online, and only give your card to a reputable establishment when ordering in person.
