Things You'll Need:
- Canon MP970 Printer
- #10 Envelopes
-
Step 1
Count out up to 10 envelopes. Stack the envelopes on a hard, flat surface ensuring all of the envelopes are oriented in the same direction with the flap side down.
-
Step 2
Press down on all four corners of the stack of envelopes. Press down on all four edges. Make sure the edges and corners are flat. Straighten out curled envelopes by holding them on opposing corners and gently twisting in opposite directions. Insure the leading edge of each envelope is flat and creased to prevent a paper jam.

Step 3
Load the stack of envelopes into the rear paper tray. Insure the address side if face up and the flap side is face down. Move the stack to the far right of the paper tray against the cover guide. Slide the paper guide to the right until it rests against the left side of the envelopes. Press the "Paper feed" switch, located on the lower left hand side of the control panel until the Rear Tray lamp lights up.

Open the document you wish to print on your computer. Single left click on the "File" menu. Select the "Print" option. Single left click the "Properties" or "Preferences" button.
